Art + Academy - Administrative Assistant, Teacher Assistant 

  • Help with scheduling classes, updating inventory, and other administrative work.

  • Assist teachers with classes ranging from age groups 4-5 to 9-12.

  • Summer camp counselor. 

 

2014 - Present

Canyon Creek Church - Commissioned Art Creator

  • Created large multi-media paintings primarily using acrylic paint, spray paint, and gold leaf.

  • Created props for a Musical Theatre Camp, including large papier-mâché sculptures.

Peer Assistance and Leadership - Vice President

  • Mentor "at risk" students at Laurel Mountain Elementary School

  • Lead 88 high school mentors by creating training activities, managing schedules, planning meetings, and coordinating between campuses.

  • Evaluated art submissions from around the world. Learned about art criticism based on the formal properties, function, and purpose of artwork.

Art Lessons: School of Contemporary Art Austin and Private Lessons - Teacher

  • Taught lessons focused on value, color theory, line, and form.

Canyon Vista Middle School Choir Spring Show - Art Creator

  • Used mediums such as spray paint, acrylic paint, and wall paint to create large backdrops.

  • Responsible for creating smaller paintings and drawings to be used in posters, programs, and on T-Shirt prints.

TEDxYouth@Austin - Design Lead

  • Created portraits of speakers in pen and ink and acrylic paint, which were exhibited at the event.  

  • Led the design plans for the stage, program, and facility.
